Step 2 - Registration

After receiving the email confirming your pre-registration, please continue with the below steps:

  1. Create a PowerSchool Account
    • Click here.
    • Click on "Create Account."
    • Fill in the information requested for your desired username and password.
    • Enter the student name, student account ID, and student account password found in your pre-registration email.
  2. Complete the Enrollment Forms in PowerSchool
    • Select the student you are enrolling.
    • Click on the Ecollect Forms link within the navigation menu.
    • Complete and submit all forms listed below.
  3. Set up an Enrollment Conference by following the appropriate directions below.
    • During your enrollment conference, you will be asked to provide documentation of proof of residency, proof of age, and proof of immunizations. In addition, you will be asked for guardianship paperwork or custody paperwork, if applicable.
    • A list of acceptable documents can be found in the left sidebar under "Necessary Documentation."

Grades 1-12 Enrollment Conferences
To schedule an enrollment conference for a new student entering grades 1-12, please follow the steps below:

  1. Contact your child's future building office at one of the following numbers:
    • Adamstown Elementary - (717) 484-1601
    • Denver Elementary - (717) 336-1501
    • Reamstown Elementary - (717) 336-1531
    • Cocalico Middle School - (717) 336-1471
    • Cocalico High School - (717) 336-1427 or (717) 336-1442
  2. If you have multiple children attending multiple buildings, you MUST contact each building to set up separate conferences.
Kindergarten Enrollment Conferences

The Kindergarten enrollment process for the 2025-2026 school year will begin in early January 2025. Check back here for more information on how to begin the registration process and to schedule your enrollment conference.
