Students who become competent in communication will be able to:
- Articulate effectively - oral, written, and non-verbal
- Listen effectively
- Communicate for a range of purposes
- Utilize media and technology
- Communicate effectively in diverse environments
For the 2018-19 school year, the Communication proficiency is the main focus. Faculty are participating in staff development workshops and are working in grade-level and departmental groups to ensure communication is an integral part of the curriculum.
