Adaptability and flexibility are important competencies that all students need to be successful after high school. Our teachers and support staff are committed to ensuring these competencies will be achieved. The Cocalico High School Honors Internship Program is a perfect example of how students learn to be adaptable and flexible in the workplace. Mr. Lyndon Engle, Honors Internship Program teacher, explains in the video below how these skills are prevalent throughout the intern experience. 

Students who become competent in adaptability and flexibility will be able to

• Adapt to varied roles, responsibilities, and situations
• Work effectively in times of change
• Incorporate feedback effectively
• Deal positively with praise and criticism
